Embracing Change in Community Care – December 2010 HACC Conference

The NCWA participated in the Embracing Change in Community Care HACC Conference from 8-9 December 2010 at the Burswood. As well as attending the conference proceedings, the NCWA distributed information packs from its stand in the delegate area and presented a paper on "The Client Journey, Developing Clear Community Pathways Together".  Copies of this paper can be obtained from the NCWA. 

The Conference provided a meaningful opportunity for the NCWA  to  share ideas and network with other professionals in the sector regarding new initiatives and program developments. The event was reported to attract around 500 delegates from WA.
