Strategic Plan

The Neurological Council of Western Australia’s Board of Management has developed a strategic plan which aims to guide the organisation in four key areas:

• Effective governance
• Increased access to high quality care services
• Support for member organisations
• Property management

This plan is reviewed regularly with the Executive Officer reporting on a monthly basis to the Board on these matters.
